Larry Frank Jr is a host on the U Talk Sports Show. Born and raised in Louisiana just outside New Orleans, he has been a die-hard football fan since the age of seven, drawn to the Miami Hurricanes by the swagger and dominance that defined the program — a loyalty he has kept ever since. He reps the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sundays and the Chicago Bulls on the hardwood.
Larry joined the U TALK family before relocating to Atlanta in 2022, and he owns two pieces of the show. “Larry’s U TAKE” is his weekly Friday segment on the Hype Show — opponent breakdowns, stats, trends and keys to victory. He also hosts REAL TALK, U TALK’s spinoff podcast launched in 2025 alongside co-host Shy Blue, where the conversation moves off the field to life, relationships and money. When U TALK takes the show live in Atlanta, Larry is also the one on the ones and twos.
